Key Expert Positions
1. Team Leader / Resident Engineer for WWTP Contract (Lot 1)
- Working days: Minimum 525
- Education: University/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience:
- At least 10 years of general experience in design/construction/supervision of wastewater infrastructure
- Team Leader on at least 1 WWTP or sewerage supervision contract
- Resident Engineer on at least 1 WWTP supervision (≥50,000 PE) under FIDIC Yellow Book
2. Resident Engineer for Sewerage Contract (Lot 2)
- Working days: Minimum 500
- Education: University/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience:
- At least 7 years in design/construction/supervision of wastewater infrastructure
- Resident Engineer for at least 1 sewerage network supervision (≥25 km) under FIDIC Red Book
3. Contract Specialist (Lots 1 & 2)
- Working days: Minimum 210 (part-time)
- Education: University/Bachelor’s in Engineering or equivalent
- Experience:
- At least 7 years in civil infrastructure contracts
- 1 supervision contract for wastewater infrastructure
- Experience with both Yellow and Red FIDIC (1999) supervision contracts
